Expertise working with students with special needs
Expertise working with students with moderate to profound developmental disabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in the use of achievement data as a program and instructional evaluation tool
Proven ability to inspire staff and students to achieve excellence
Expertise in curriculum development, supervision and evaluation of staff and programs
A collaborative and inclusive approach with colleagues, students, parents, and the community
A comfort and curiosity with innovative educational tools and technologies
A hands on commitment to the success of all students and a willingness to advance a program predicated on equity of access for all students
