Our district is in the process of implementing an Action Plan to address Racial Equity. Part of creating a culturally responsive environment requires staff to identify acts of racism including microagressions. Please highlight any experience and professional development that you have that would help the district achieve this goal.

The school serves approximately 2100 students, all actively engaged in learning.
