The Wheatland-Chili Central School District Board and community are seeking an educator who has a strong background in raising achievement for all learners. The candidate will engage in all aspects of the Wheatland-Chili schools and community events. The successful candidate will embrace and further the mission of the Wheatland-Chili CSD. The successful candidate will be one who possesses:
A solid background in curriculum development and improving instruction
Effective communication skills to engage all stakeholders
Experience with human resources, finance, and facilities management

The Monroe 2–Orleans BOCES is assisting the Wheatland-Chili Board of Education with its search process, which is designed to recruit highly qualified candidates. The search process will involve the Wheatland-Chili community.

The Wheatland-Chili Board of Education will offer a competitive salary based on the candidate’s professional qualifications and educational experience. Residency is not required, but the superintendent must be actively engaged at school and community events and activities.
