CRMS has been implementing a Project Based Learning model of curriculum and instruction and values students’ active engagement in the learning process. The successful Assistant Principal candidate is an educational leader who has knowledge and skills in instructional pedagogy, experience working effectively with adolescents, and proven abilities in supporting the development of a positive student culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role. A part of this role will likely include scheduling responsibilities and athletic oversight. The successful candidate will have: - Demonstrated ability in supporting students’ academic, affective, and social emotional growth.
- Philosophical alignment with the district approach of restorative justice and/or responsive classroom.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stake holders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and organize a large number of projects and tasks.
