PRINCIPAL

HOPE CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL

OPEN SKY EDUCATION seeks an experienced, entrepreneurial High School Principal to rebuild student enrollment, recruit and develop the teaching staff, and establish the tone and protocols needed to restore a learning community focused on the pillars of Christ, College, and Character.

A regionally competitive salary and benefits package will be offered. Applications are accepted through March 12, 2021. The new Principal will assume duties on or before July 1, 2021.

  • Master's degree in Education or related field required
  • Exceptionally strong writing and communication skills
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to serve as an internal expert for their team and the organization
  • Successful educational leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, manage, evaluate, and grow a high performing team
  • Business expertise related to compliance reporting, educational legal obligations, and general business operations
  • Successful High School leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, manage, evaluate, and grow a high performing team
  • Exceptional strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
